A Polish manufacturer of refrigeration equipment, cryogenic chambers, photovoltaic panels, heat pumps, and modular houses, JBG-2 Sp. z o.o., is looking for a candidate for the position of:

Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Understands social media and its trends,
• Is flexible and creative,
• Has strong communication skills,
• Is eager to learn, proactive, and engaged,
• Has proficiency in English,
• Is interested in the latest online marketing trends,
• Is passionate about business,
• Possesses knowledge of sales and customer relationship management.

Primary responsibilities:

• Creating posts, stories, and reels for social media,
• Producing high-quality content for social media platforms (text, images, videos),
• Building engaged audiences,
• Managing the company’s website,
• Managing advertising accounts on Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn,
• Verifying and optimizing ongoing campaigns,
• Monitoring market competition,
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams, partners, and subcontractors,
• Proficiency in office software (MS Excel) is a plus,
• Ability to create and edit photo and video content (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) is preferred.
