Technical and Sales Advisor for Heat Pumps

Work location: field work
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing the sales network in the assigned territory;
• Technical consulting on the application of heat pumps;
• Independently and actively acquiring new clients;
• Building long-term relationships with clients;
• Tailoring services to individual customer needs;
• Post-sales customer care;
• Achieving set sales targets;
• Monitoring the market;
• Creating a positive company image and ensuring high customer service standards;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum secondary technical education (Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Heating, Mechanics and Machine Construction, or related fields);
• Experience in a similar position (refrigeration industry, heat pumps, air conditioning);
• Knowledge of heat pump system operations;
• Negotiation skills and familiarity with sales techniques;
• Ambition and determination in action;
• High personal culture;
• Proficiency in MS Office software;
• Category B driving license;
